Cabernet Sauvignon "Reserve" 2007

Our “Reserve” selection Cabernet Sauvignon offers juicy aromas of dark and sour cherry, as well as the spiciness of cloves, sweet plum, and nutty stone fruit cobbler fresh from the oven.  

The initial mouth feel is taut and briary, opening up to layers of Asian spice, leather and cacao nibs, resting on fresh fruit compote. The spicy notes are enhanced by 16 months oak aging with 35-40% new American oak inclusive.

We would recommend pairing this wine with Korean BBQ; mole based dishes, braised meats and roasted root vegetables
